If an organisation or company wishes to display and sell books and other items, MPS 2010 will have exhibition tables available in the Hospitality Lounge.  The Hospitality Lounge is where morning and afternoon tea will be served and where MPS attendees will be able to relax and catch up with each other.  The tables will be available from the morning of Monday, October 11.

You can ship your items in advance.  Details of where to ship will be given when your reservation is confirmed.
